21/10/08 I'm teaching a workshop in central Brighton on SATURDAY 29th NOVEMBER from 10 am - 1pm. The first hour and a half will be devoted to Kung Fu and the second hour and a half will be devoted to Qi Gong.
If you have been coming to my classes then I will be going over everything that you have learnt with me so you can refresh your memory and I can correct your movements. I will also be giving step by step instructions on how to use The Shaolin Energy Brush so you will need to bring this with you.
If you haven't studied with me but you know some of the movements from the Qi Gong volume 1 & Workout 1 DVD you are welcome to attend.
The workshop is at a special price of £20.00 for the whole workshop or £12.00 if you only want to attend one of the sessions. Places are limited and must be booked in advance.
