Welcome to Shaolin Brighton where we offer Qi Gong classes for absolute beginners upwards. On your first visit try to arrive about ten minutes before the class starts, wear loose comfortable clothing or sports wear.

Shaolin Qi Gong for health - Internal
The Shaolin Qi Gong beginners class will help you to, ease the stress of modern living, banish general fatigue, dramatically increase your energy levels and improve your physical and mental health.
In the Shaolin Brighton Qi Gong class you will learn The Eight Treasures (sometimes called Eight Pieces of Brocade and in Chinese Ba Duan Yin). Possibly the most popular Qi Gong in the world, it consists of a series of gentle movements designed to dramatically improve health, increase energy and revitalize the body.
The Shaolin Brighton Martial Arts Club teaches genuine Shaolin martial arts. We stress the importance of training both internally and externally.
Rou Quan, which literally means soft fist is a combination of both internal and external, and this along with the Shaolin mother form; Xiao Hong Quan is taught in the forms class.
To improve our health it is important to train internally in the Qi Gong class, and to improve our fitness we train externally in the kung fu class.
